This Privacy Policy applies to the J9 Fly website available at https://j9fly.com/, as well as to inquiries submitted through the contact form and resume submission form.
For the purposes of this Policy, J9 Fly is the party responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data. For privacy-related questions, you can contact us at info@j9fly.com.

What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may process:
- your first and last name;
- your email address and telephone number;
- the content of your message and details of your aviation inquiry;
- your selected professional area, cover message and resume file;
- your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time of request, pages visited and technical security logs;
- other information you voluntarily provide when communicating with J9 Fly.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information
Please do not include special categories of personal data in your message or resume unless such information is necessary for your inquiry.

How we collect data
We receive most information directly from you when you complete a form, submit a resume, send an email or otherwise contact J9 Fly.
Some technical information is generated automatically during the operation of the Site, including information recorded in web server logs, session mechanisms and tools used to protect against errors and misuse.

- consider a candidate and contact an applicant regarding employment opportunities;

Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, telephone number if provided, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to process your inquiry and communicate with you.
The inquiry is stored in the administrative system of the Site and sent by email to designated recipients. Access is limited to authorized persons who need the information in order to respond.

Careers and resumes
The Careers form may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, professional area, cover message and resume in PDF, DOC or DOCX format.
The uploaded file is temporarily processed by the server so that it can be sent as an email attachment and is not copied by the form into a separate permanent file storage area on the Site. After submission, the resume and accompanying information may be retained in the recipient's email system for the purpose of reviewing the application.
If J9 Fly wishes to retain a resume for future vacancies for longer than necessary for the current review, we may request your additional consent.

Cookies and technical data
The Site may use technically necessary cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, protect forms, remember language preferences and ensure stable operation of the interface. Disabling these technologies in your browser may affect certain functions of the Site.
The international telephone country-code selector may use an IP-based country identification service, including ipinfo.io. In such cases, the relevant service receives your IP address and technical request data in accordance with its own privacy practices.
As of the date of the latest update, the Site does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. If such tools are introduced, this Policy and the consent mechanism will be updated where consent is required by law.

Recipients and international data transfers
J9 Fly may provide access to personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, including to:
- authorized employees and representatives of J9 Fly;

Data retention
We retain personal data no longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. The retention period depends on the nature of the inquiry, the course of business communication, the recruitment process, periods required to protect legal rights and applicable legal requirements.
When personal data is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized or access to it is restricted unless further retention is required by law. Backups and technical logs may be deleted according to separate system maintenance cycles.

J9 Fly applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include access restrictions, secure connections, administrative account controls and software maintenance.
No method of transmitting or storing information can provide absolute security. We therefore review the measures applied on a regular basis in accordance with the nature of the relevant risks.

- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

- withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek judicial protection;
- exercise other rights, including the right to data portability, where provided by the GDPR and applicable to the particular circumstances.
