Scope and acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use apply to the official J9 Fly website available at https://j9fly.com/, including all of its pages, forms and informational materials.

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site functions that involve submitting information.

If you act on behalf of a legal entity or another organization, you confirm that you have the authority to represent that entity or organization.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is a corporate informational resource of J9 Fly. It contains information about the company, aviation solutions, fleet, potential areas of cooperation, contact details and career opportunities.

The Site is not an online booking system, a passenger ticket sales service or an online marketplace. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular page, materials published on the Site do not constitute a public offer, a guarantee of aircraft availability or confirmation that an order has been accepted.

Information about services

Descriptions of passenger and cargo operations, ACMI, charter, tailored and other aviation solutions are provided for general informational purposes.

Availability, routes, schedules, aircraft type, configuration, pricing, timeframes, operational, regulatory and other terms of potential cooperation are determined individually and are subject to separate written agreement.

Photographs, diagrams, specifications and other visual materials may be illustrative. Before making a commercial or operational decision, you should obtain current confirmation from an authorized J9 Fly representative.

Inquiries and requests

Through the contact form, you may send J9 Fly an inquiry regarding a route, schedule, aviation program, potential cooperation or another matter.

Submitting a form, email or other message does not by itself create a contract, booking, reservation, order or obligation for J9 Fly to provide a service.

Contractual obligations may arise only after the request has been reviewed, the material terms have been agreed in writing by authorized parties and the necessary documents have been executed.

You agree to provide accurate contact information, describe a lawful purpose for your inquiry and refrain from submitting harmful materials, spam or information that you are not entitled to distribute.

Resume submissions

The form on the Careers page allows you to indicate your professional area and submit a resume for consideration by the J9 Fly team.

Submitting a resume does not constitute an offer of employment, guarantee an interview, guarantee inclusion in a candidate pool or confirm employment.

By submitting a resume, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, relates to you or is submitted with appropriate consent, and that the file does not contain malicious software. The Site accepts PDF, DOC or DOCX files up to 2 MB.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its informational purpose.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, server, administrative area or related systems;
• interfere with the operation of the Site, overload it or bypass technical security measures;
• distribute malicious code, spam, fraudulent, unlawful or misleading materials;
• impersonate another person or unlawfully use another person's contact information;
• collect personal data of other users without a lawful basis;
• use Site materials in a way that infringes the rights of J9 Fly or third parties.

J9 Fly may restrict access to the Site or individual functions in the event of a security threat, misuse or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

Text, design, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, software components and other materials on the Site belong to J9 Fly, are used lawfully or have been provided by the relevant rights holders.

You may view the materials and save individual excerpts for personal, non-commercial reference.

Copying, public reproduction, distribution, sale, modification, transfer to third parties or commercial use of the materials without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.

Third-party resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services. Such links are provided for convenience or as sources of additional information.

J9 Fly does not control the content, availability, security or data processing practices of third-party resources. When following an external link, you use the relevant resource under the terms established by its owner.

The presence of a link does not automatically constitute endorsement of all materials or offers available through the relevant third-party resource.

Availability and changes to the Site

J9 Fly aims to keep the Site available and up to date but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation without technical interruptions, delays or errors.

Access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, security measures, circumstances beyond the control of J9 Fly or legal requirements.

J9 Fly may change the structure, design, functionality and materials of the Site and may add or remove individual pages.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its informational materials are provided as available. J9 Fly does not guarantee that every item of information will always be complete, error-free or current at the time it is viewed.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.

If any question or dispute arises regarding the use of the Site, the parties intend to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith correspondence at info@j9fly.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be considered by a competent court in accordance with the applicable rules of jurisdiction and venue.

A separate agreement relating to aviation or other services may contain its own provisions regarding governing law, liability and dispute resolution. In such a case, the provisions of the separate agreement shall prevail with respect to the relevant service.

Changes to the Terms and contact information

J9 Fly may update these Terms in connection with changes to the Site's functionality, areas of activity or applicable law. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Use of the Site after an updated version has been published means that the new Terms apply to subsequent use of the Site.
